Your Path to Florida Professional Licensure

Follow the steps below to begin your career in Florida Real Estate, Home Inspection, or Community Association Management (CAM).

🏡 Real Estate Sales Associate 🏠 Home Inspector 🏢 Community Association Manager (CAM)
1. Meet the Florida eligibility requirements (18+, high school diploma or equivalent, Social Security number). 1. Complete a DBPR-approved 120-hour pre-licensure course. 1. Complete a DBPR-approved CAM pre-licensure course.
2. Complete a DBPR-approved 63-hour pre-licensure course and pass the course exam. 2. Pass a DBPR-approved Home Inspector examination. 2. Submit your Florida CAM License Application.
3. Submit your Florida Sales Associate License Application (DBPR RE 1). 3. Submit your Florida Home Inspector License Application. 3. Schedule and pass the Florida CAM State Examination.
